"Name a diet, any diet, and it will be one I’ve tried. I was born wanting to lose weight and for all of my high school and college career I was not able to do so. I followed diets exactly how they said to and I would lose a few initial pounds but I would not look different and, more importantly, I would not feel different.
After meeting with Megan, I changed my diet to suit my metabolic type - which, for me, meant eating more fat and red meat. This seemed a little silly at first — but then, like some kind of miracle or childhood dream coming true, I was dropping weight! I lost a pound here and a few pounds there. "I found Megan while searching the internet in desperation for help. As a veteran police officer my body and mind were exhausted at the ripe age of 44. I hurt all the time. I had consistently gained weight over 10 years and was in a constant state of stress. The less I ate and the more I worked out the worse I felt. I was tired all the time. "I'm a fifty-five year old week-end warrior and I have been working with Megan for almost three years. Originally I came to Megan for a bulging disk in my back that was causing discomfort and had begun to limit my activities (surfing, biking). I also had an injured left meniscus and a tear in my right rotator cuff.

"When I first met Megan, I was an overweight, unhealthy 39-year-old mother of three. I had not exercised or followed a healthy lifestyle for over a decade. I was de-conditioned, stretched-out and discouraged about ever getting back into shape again. My body fat was almost 38%, and I weighed almost 200 pounds. In addition, my balance was extremely poor; I had very poor posture and chronic low back/sciatic pain.
Within three months of working with Megan, I had lost about 15 pounds of scale weight, and my body fat was down to 27%, a decrease of over 10%!
